Product Information

Techverse.com.au trades solely online. We make every effort to convey to you the dimensions, colour and specifications of the product. Given that you view our product on a computer monitor and that each monitor is configured differently, we cannot be held responisble for subtle differences in colour. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only – not all patterns and options shown may be included.. Unless otherwise stated, accessories are not included. Products shown do not come with a guarentee unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

We intend to dispatch goods to you within tow days of a confirmed order. E-Whizz makes these products available in good faith, however delays may be experienced in some circumsances where suppliers of goods fail to meet demand. It is our intention to communicated with you in these circumstances to provide an accepable outcome for our customers.

Refunds

Should Techverse.com.au be unable to fulfill the order for any reason a refund may be given. Techverse.com.au may hold a difference in the amount refunded due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping Within Australia only. Over Sea's transactions by special quote only.

Cooling off period

A seven day cooling off period is applicable from the date of purchase. This must be claimed in writing within seven days from the date of purchase. Should the goods have been already dispatched, customers must return the goods in original condition for a refund to be issued.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate promotions and special offers without notice.
