I admit it. I am hooked on Biggest Loser Australia. Having given the last series a miss, I am surprised to be strangley more compelled to watch knowing that channel ten now have some competition with their excess baggage series by channel 9.
Perhaps its because I am trying to get my own weight loss on track that I am particularly tuned into it, but it seems that weight loss clubs are springing up everywhere.
I am having some great success my using some tools on my iPhone to keep my self honest and to monitor my daily calorie intake so I'd like to share with you some the secrets to keeping the weight off using your iPhone.

calorie counter by Fat Secret. With this app, you can track your weight loss and keep a food diary that tracks your daily calorie intake. They have done everything they can to make it easy for you, like including a barcode scanner for packaged foods.

So far the weight loss has been effortless. I have lost 4kgs out of 21kg. It's early days and I have along way to go, but this time it feels different.
